What are the Types of Whales At Cabo
Humpback Whale is the largest population you will see during whale watching season in Cabo. These dark-colored whales are quite jolly, and you will see them in a group as they roll and play with each other.
Other often-sighted species in Magdalena Bay which is near Los Cabos are the Gray Whales. Grays Whales favor to roost near shore, so a great chance to see them without going to the waters. But if you wanted to enjoy whale watching more, it is better to see them from a boat.
These whales have been seen in the Cabo area as well like Killers, Blues, Sperm and Fin Whales but much rarer.
